Edward Beckett Helps Pick Winners for Security Sales Magazine's 6th Annual SAMMY Awards
Dateline: August, 2000 Short for "Sales and Marketing" award, the SAMMY symbolizes the pinnacle in sales, marketing, advertising, and public relations for security dealers and installers around the country.
Throughout the entire week of August 7 through 12, the Security Sales editorial staff sifted through more than 200 entries from over 80 qualified companies, but only 15 awards were to be given out. As creative chief/V.P. of Beckett & Beckett and with over 33 years of experience and awards of his own in the advertising business, Edward Beckett personified the perfect judge for identifying award-winning sales and marketing campaigns.
